Mike was born and raised just outside of New York City. Mike completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami, Florida he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Affairs. Mike later decided that his passion was helping others and he changed course and started to pursue a career in physical therapy. He began pursuing further course work while gaining experience in different settings. He first completed a 12 month program to become a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Through this program he became trained to mentor individuals toward optimal well-being by coaching them and helping them personalize their diets and lifestyles for enhanced wellness. Mike then completed the Flexologist Training Program (FTP) and joined Stretch Lab where he implemented hands-on personalized stretching plans to help clients recover from injuries. Mike has also been a certified yoga instructor since 2018. He has worked in studios in New York, Miami, Oregon, and Denver, and even runs his own Youtube Channel centered around Yoga. Mike went on to physical therapy school and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon in 2024. Mike's diverse background and experience has allowed him to gain a holistic approach to patient care that he continues to implement. He is passionate about working with clients one on one to help them return to the activities they love and has a special interest in treating low back pain and chronic pain conditions. In January 2025 Mike became a certified Dry Needling Practitioner (Cert. DN) through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. In his free time Mike enjoys practicing yoga, playing guitar, climbing, and spending time with his two cats.
